I was looking fora muffler shop because on my truck, I had a hole burned in the muffler. So I googled and found this shop had the highest stars and people raved about Richard and so I took a chance and gave him a call and he was so welcoming. I told him I’d be there that afternoon. When we got there, he took our truck right in, talked to us about it said it would be about half an hour and we waited over in our other car. Richard was done in 30 minutes. You couldn’t even tell any patch job had been done. It was fantastic looking. And the price was right! This is our muffler guy from now on. He was very nice and it was nice to meet him too. He runs a good business and his shop is very clean.

took my bmw here for a muffler and resonator delete, hooked me up with a great price and had it done quick. exhaust sounds clean, no rattles or leaks, real straightforward and professional the whole time. definitely coming back for future work, would recommend to anyone looking to get their exhaust done right

When arriving the shop was very clean and very friendly towards customers. Very professional and great with the wielding. Was very careful handling with the car. He did a great job and final product was fantastic. Would recommend coming when installing or wielding exhaust.

I had been getting frustrated trying to find the right muffler/exhaust shop around Fresno until I came across Pro Custom Exhaust. From the very first call, I explained my situation and the exhaust system I had. The owner immediately knew what I was talking about and invited me to bring it in so he could take a look. When I arrived, I showed him the system, and he even did a quick Google search to familiarize himself further. He walked me through the process, explaining clearly what was going to happen. To my surprise, he showed me how simple it was to just plug it into the car’s trunk cigarette outlet, no complicated wiring needed. Knowing my car’s front bumper sits low, he didn’t hesitate to get creative. He stacked wood so my car could safely climb the ramp. That kind of problem solving showed me right away how calm, knowledgeable, and professional he is. I wasn’t deceived or misled... I was genuinely impressed. The quality of his work was outstanding. He even offered a few extra suggestions to make sure the installation looked clean and fit perfectly. The final result was spot on visually and functionally.
