JR and his business is honest and very fair. In an industry that is notorious for taking advantage of people, it is refreshing to have Quality Auto Works doing good by their customers. So far I have had my engine timing job and axels replaced here without a problem. I will be using JR and recommending him for as long as I have a vehicle.

RJ is amazing! I trust no one with my SUV, but RJ. The work is done right. He is friendly and respectful. RJ doesn’t take advantage of me because I’m a woman. He does explain what kind of maintenance my SUV needs and the cost for it. I would highly recommend RJ to everyone who needs maintenance done on their car, SUV, or truck.

Took my car in for a much needed work before taking it out on the road for travel. JR not only taught me something about the car by showing me what needs to be done but was also so kind enough as to offer me a ride to a nearby Starbucks or McDonalds so that I don’t get bored waiting. Upon finding out that the car needs parts ordered and would have to wait until the next day, he even offered to take me home. He is so kind for offering to help with my needs. The car was completely repaired and ready by noon the next day. And my car feels perfect - like brand new! Thanks to the expertise of JR and his team of car mechanics. I highly recommend Quality Auto Works to anyone. They know what they’re doing and are the best in town. You’d be glad you did!

I have been coming to Quality Auto Works for about two years now and I have to say this is the best auto shop in town. Since the first time here I’ve never been asked to do something to my car that it doesn’t need. In fact, I’ve came in thinking that my car would need something because a light is on only to find out it’s just a maintenance check and have left without paying a penny. Does it get any more honest than that? Not only are they honest but they do a great work. I’ve had brakes replaced and they have been running great and some other things and all has been quality work. Also, they have finished jobs that I would’ve thought would take longer in less time. If you are looking for an honest, reliable and quality work shop, please look no further, this is the place you’ve been looking for. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
