DO NOT COME TO THIS CAR WASH. I got a flat tire after going through this car wash. I was following the hand gestures of the car wash attendant but I don't think he was paying attention to where my wheels were so it must have gotten caught on the track and ended up puncturing my left rear tire. I heard a loud pop noise when it happened but the car wash attendant that was supposed to be directing me didn't say anything about it and just told me to keep going. I tried to submit a claim with the manager but they rejected my claim. They didn't even offer me a refund. I would not come back here again.

I’ve been to many quick quacks and this one is by far the best, great service, always fresh towels ready; and the staff is friendly. Helio and Daniel took care of me, they made the experience 5 stars!

Dryer didn't work well. Had to towel dry a lot after the wash. Soap remained on the vehicle as well. Vacuum suction was too light. Informed the staff. Hopefully they will improve those issues.

The vacuum has almost no suction anymore. It had been getting weaker for a while, and today it barely works. The other Quick Quack vacuums have much stronger suction. I hope this issue can be fixed before my next visit. Thank you!

I had a very disappointing experience here last week. During the car wash, one of the exterior trim pieces on my car was knocked off by the equipment. I immediately spoke with the staff on site and they helped me submit a damage claim. However, it has now been one full week and I still haven’t received any response or update regarding the claim. What made the experience even worse was that the manager on duty questioned whether the damage was already there before the wash, which was very frustrating to hear. My car was fine before entering the wash, and the trim piece was clearly knocked off by the equipment. Before coming here, I actually checked the Google reviews and noticed that other customers reported similar damage caused by the car wash equipment, and also mentioned not receiving responses regarding their claims. Unfortunately, it seems like the same thing is happening to me now. I understand accidents can happen, but not responding to customers after damage has occurred is unacceptable. I hope management will take responsibility and improve both their equipment safety and their claim handling process.
