So I took my truck in march 2026 get an alignment since it was was pulling to the right. Ramon said it's gonna cost me $1400 with parts and labor to have that fixed. So we made an agreement on paper for parts, labor and alignment, and he said it was gonna be perfect. So when I finally went and got my truck the next day , it was still pulling to the right. So I take the vehicle back two days later to have it fixed right And he tells me it's gonna cost me more money even though we already had an agreement. So there you have it. Why are you gonna have an agreement then you pay, the money and it's not fixed According to the agreement..

He was upfront, honest, and took the time to explain my options, even recommending other places that could further assist me. That level of transparency and integrity goes a long way. I went to other shops and had no luck they kept getting my alignment off after 3 different attempts and tried to charge me for parts I did not need. Eventually I was told only BMW can do my alignment. Ramón got my alignment issues laser straight on the first try and gave me a nice printout showing the before and after results. Highly recommend this shop you won’t find a more honest and hard working man out there!
