I was reading the reviews here for RAW and I came across one about a missing lanyard, possibly stolen from the workers there. I’ve purchased tires here at this location and the customer service was excellent. I highly doubt that anyone would go after a keychain lanyard Angelina and Mark went out of their way to help me. Customer service was fantastic and the service was fast. I’ve had my rims now for three years and no problems plus I got an alignment. I think they’re too busy helping customers them to take time to steal a lanyard.

This company keeps calling me almost every day asking for someone else. Every time I explain that they have the wrong number, they immediately hang up without even a simple apology. Respecting people and providing basic customer service should be the minimum standard. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Rude.

From the get go the front desk where truly amazing and informative. Found the right tires and rims for my car and the service was quick. For those looking for your style for your vehicle this the spot. Hit them boys up. I do appreciate all that ya do.

I would not recommend this place based on my customer service experience. I stopped by looking for a set of tires that had been discussed during my previous visit. Unfortunately, the employee who assisted me seemed uninterested in helping and acted as though I was inconveniencing her by asking her to look up the tires again. Instead of making an effort to assist, she appeared disengaged, and I felt like my business wasn't valued. Customer service is a major part of working in retail, especially when customers are ready to make a purchase. Looking up products and answering questions are basic responsibilities, and I expected a much more professional and welcoming experience. Because of the poor customer service, I left without making a purchase and will be taking my business elsewhere. Hopefully, management addresses how customers are treated so future shoppers have a better experience. This version communicates the same issue in a way that is more likely to be taken seriously by readers and the business.

Amazing service here, I called needing a same day turn around to surprise my father. I called at 2:30pm, got there at 4pm and was out rolling with new rims at 5:30pm. Their inventory was exactly what I was looking for and he was ready to order new ones if they didn't have them in stock. I highly recommend them.
