Best place in the area. The owner and the team really helped me out with this one. After everyone else including the insurance companies let me down on this, he made sure I was satisfied and my car was back to how it was before everything happened. I wish I could leave photos but it won't give me the option somehow. I'll try to update it later but my 2024 Honda Accord looks brand new again. Great people, amazing job, everything well done. I would highly recommend this place and the team to anyone and everyone I know 💯

The BEST collision center in the area. The owner here really made sure he looked out for me as a person instead of just a customer. Went above and beyond to satisfy my needs when even the insurance let me down. Don't skip this place. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THIS, COME HERE!!!!! ASAP!! Best Place in the Inland Empire. The insurance company declared my vehicle a total loss, but I wasn’t ready to give it up. That meant I had to find another shop that was willing to take on the repair. I’m very grateful that I found RC Auto Concept. I visited the shop and discussed my situation with RC Jr. He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. I also had the pleasure of meeting RC Sr. that day. After speaking with both of them, I felt very comfortable with their approach to quality workmanship and customer service. I’m so glad I decided to trust them with my car. RC Jr. kept me updated throughout the repair process, and I was pleasantly surprised when the work was completed in less than two weeks—well beyond my expectations. The quality of the repair was outstanding, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My car successfully passed the required safety inspection, and I was able to re-register it without any issues. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this father-and-son team. Thank you again for the excellent work! Took my car after I got into a accident and he said when I am done u won’t even know it was in a accident and he did just that! He was great to deal with and has great customer service. In his words he works for the customers and he does just that. Great work on my car and will be referring anyone I know do him ! Overall so happy and great place 10/10

I had an amazing experience with this body shop after being rear-ended and going through an insurance claim. From the start, it was clear Ramon works for the customer—not the insurance company(ies)—and that made a huge difference. He used all brand-new, original parts straight from the dealer (not cheap aftermarket replacements), which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the repair. Now my bumper has an integrated tow hitch receiver and parking sensors. My car honestly looks as good as new. If you want someone who’s going to advocate for you and do the job right, this is the place to go!
