Terrible customer service. I came in for some tires but they only had used in my size so I got them since I was already there. I've bought used tires before so I wasn't skeptical about buying used. Once I got them they were making a loud noise but left it for about a week but the noise remained. I went back to get them replaced and they told me they couldn't do anything about it because my cars sensor was the issue. I didn't get a refund nor discount on a new pair. I would never recommend this place.

Do not bring your car here here’s why: I’ve tried giving the benefit of the doubt to this business after having a few bad experiences within the last year. I first brought my car here to get tires mounted, they refused to balance them due to them being a drag bead lock wheel, yeah ok. I afterwards then started to bring my cars here for oil changes for only labor (the oil they use here is the worst) and this is where it all began.. dip stick was not inserted all the way in upon receiving my vehicle back. During one of my oil changes they tried upselling me on tires and told me their cheap ‘full synthetic’ oil was better than what I had brought in. They would leave my manual car in 1st gear without engaging the hand brake. For my other car they overfilled the oil after I specifically told them to fill it to a certain amount, (this car has no dipstick, sensor only) they told me to come back the next day to drain some oil out. Their excuse was it was almost closing time and the oil would be hot. I was not going to risk engine damage. The fact they were willing to let me leave as is, is insane. I had to step in to help them figure out a way to drain some oil out before I left. We used a

Great place to get tires. They treat you good and go the extra mile by checking anything else wrong whether you need new brakes or disk repair. Good reasonable prices.

My husband works here and I can say everything has change for the better . The new manager name Jose does an amazing job he will do everything he can so the clients leave happy and pleased with his work . They are really nice people who take care of their costumers. The tires are also really good got my changed and they work perfectly I really recommend this shop . 😀👌🏻

It has good price for alignments, they gave me a good alignment, but after one day of driving through the freeway, the traffic jammed because of debris, and I braked rapidly, after that the truck began to pull right, I called and they asked if I could take it back, and yes, I did take it back, they asked me if I had hit anything, and i had just replaved my tie rods and ball joints the day before the alignment. They thought it was sketchy and claimed to have fixed the problem. My truck still pulls right, I will take it to FORD next time instead. Pay for what you get.
