STAY AWAY. This place will take their time assessing your vehicle, then they’ll charge you for it, and tell you what’s wrong, and when you tell them to call the warranty company, they pretend they can’t reach them. Then they tell me that I’m supposed to call myself which is patently false because I’ve dealt with repairs on this vehicle several times. I actually even tried calling the Warranty and the Warranty company said exactly what I said, the shop has to make the call. But Linda at the shop, who thinks she knows what she’s talking about, keeps telling me that that’s not the way they do things. Well that’s unfortunate because I just spent $270 to get my convertible taken apart, and then not replaced fully the way it was when I brought it there. Parts are missing to cover the hinges on the interior and it’s leaking everywhere! So if you have a warranty, skip this place. Just skip it in general since they’re not very helpful to their customers. Took it to their competitor and their competitor had no problem contacting the warranty and so they are now benefiting from a $7000 job Paid 95% by the Warranty😂. Snooze, you lose. What’s worse Linda couldn’t even understand the difference

Super happy with my Mercedes C300 bottom drivers seat replacement. I supplied then seat bottom and Recon Pros installed it with care. The installer was very conscientious and cared about the fit and look. The labor price I was charged I found to be VERY reasonable. I will use Recon Pros again should the need arise.

I went to Recon Pros to repair a small, dime-sized tear on my armrest. I was quoted $165 for reconditioning and was told it would restore the area to about 95% of its original condition. I decided to move forward with this option. After the initial repair, there were two small pin-sized holes left behind, but I was thankful the original tear was gone. Unfortunately, after about two weeks of normal driving, the original rip reappeared, along with a new tear that formed where one of the pin-sized holes had been. I returned to Recon Pros and was informed that their reconditioning work does not come with a warranty. After discussing my concerns, they kindly agreed to redo the repair as a courtesy. However, this second repair lasted roughly the same amount of time, and even more new tears developed. Had I known this would be a short-term fix, I would not have spent the money. I’m disappointed that not only did the original tear return, but additional damage appeared as well. At this point, the armrest is in worse condition than it was before I brought it in. I recognize this may not be everyone’s experience, but this was unfortunately mine.

What a fantastic auto upholstery shop. I made an appointment through Linda Conaster, who was professional and knowledgeable. Upon arrival at the shop today, I met Israel Beltran, who was both friendly and professional. The service requested was to replace the existing seat cover and install a new one. The pricing was very competitive, and the workmanship was stellar. What an amazing crew led by Israel. Also, Madison in the office was so kind, professional, and friendly. Anyone in need of any automotive, boat, and RV upholstery this is definitely the place. The shop is clean and well equipped and the staff is highly trained and professional. Highly recommended.

Great place to get your long needed upholstery repairs done. Had a forklift seat that was in really bad shape with the leather ripping and foam deteriorating. They were able to turn it around in two and a half days and it looks brand new with more comfortable foam and durable seat cushion. Would highly recommend this place. Will be back if I need more upholstery work done.
