**⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star)** This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with an upholstery shop. I dropped off my RV seats after being told they would be finished by **Wednesday**. Instead, I waited **an entire month**. Every time I checked in, I got excuse after excuse. If you can't meet your deadlines, don't promise them in the first place. When I finally got my seats back, I couldn't believe the quality. The upholstery had visible wrinkles across the top instead of being pulled tight like a professional job should be. Then I discovered that one of the mounting studs on my seat was missing. Nobody bothered to tell me. Now I'm left dealing with fixing a problem that wasn't there when I dropped the seats off. The most frustrating part was the attitude. When I confronted him about the delays and the quality issues, there was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. Instead, I was told, "I gave you a good price." A "good price" doesn't excuse making a customer wait a month, returning work that doesn't meet expectations, or handing back parts with missing hardware. "I can't say enough incredible things about Reyes Auto Upholstery! They completely transformed the top of my car, and it looks absolutely jaw-dropping. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was off the charts—so friendly, so professional, and they kept me updated every step. The craftsmanship is next level—it's like a whole new car! If you need any upholstery work, Reyes is hands down the best in town. Five stars plus!"

This business IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Poor communication. The guy name Red really played with my time lying about having the materials took my money never had anything. Never ordered. 10 days passed. Please trust me... Do not go here. Reporting to the BBB too.

Do Not USE!!! You have been warned!! They Are thiefs and try to cheat you. Got Quoted $500 for a second row of seats for a transint van reasonable price everyone else charges about the same. Went to pick it up when ready and they installed 10 yrs old ecoline van seat. Than they asked me for $100 to remove it. Never use this company!! You have been warned!
