Rich and his professional team, did me right, today. I went in for an electronic window gone bad. His diagnostic came back stating it was NOT a motor problem but an electronic switch part that only the dealer can fix. He was honest enough to tell me the truth without charge. Now, that is hard to find in car business. Great job! Rich.

Rich and his team were amazing from the moment I called to the time I picked up my car and walked out the door. Excellent customer service and very accommodating I was able to bring in my car and get it fixed faster than I expected. . I had an exceptional experience overall and greatly recommend them to everyone. I will definitely always use his services.

I haven't even had my service done yet. Just dropped off. But, before I forget I wanted to take note of the kindness of the staff here. Riley is who I've been in touch with through the whole process and she is why I decided on this facility for my repair. She was so punctual with all contact made and SO exceptionally kind! I am sitting in the lobby and she sounds like she is just as kind and thorough with everyone. Customer service goes a lot further than some people realize. She really stood out. Thought she should be recognized. 💓

I had a wonderful time!! Had to replace my entire windshield, pricing was very reasonable for my car and they even waived the debit fee for me when I had issues getting Zelle to work! Only took about 45 minutes too, overall amazing experience 100%!! :)

They did an amazing job replacing my windshield. Also it was my windshield plus the calibration. Everyone at the office was really nice and professional. I would highly recommend Rich’s Auto Glass.

I had a great experience with this business. When I called, the staff was friendly and helpful. The technician quickly fixed my daughter’s rearview mirror and clearly explained the issue. The service was fast and honest-no replacement needed, unlike what the dealership suggested. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Hands down fantastic experience! we were traveling cross country in our motorhome when our windshield cracked. We called around to multiple locations, but the customer service, friendliness and helpfulness from Riley was over the top! They got us in the same day! Price was more than reasonable! Even got Rich himself in on the new install. Can’t say enough great things about this local business!! So appreciative!
