Theres one employee an older gentleman probably late 30's early 40's that never guides me to line my wheels up on the track. He will do it very last minute. I will not be coming here anymore in fear of this damaging something on my vehicle

Have been a customer for probably 10 years, including monthly service for multiple vehicles. Purchased a new vehicle and new monthly service for a whopping 42.99 a month. Went through three stickers and having to deal with explaining the situation to an employee every time when it wouldn’t read my sticker. After the third sticker, an employee realizes it’s not reading through my type of windshield. Then they give me an exterior sticker which they stick to my side view mirror. It promptly falls off once it gets wet. So I return again with the sticker in hand and they treat me like a criminal, tell me my card was probably declined. A phone call to a very rude woman at “corporate” results in finding out that even the new sticker is inactive. Although there are some nice, helpful employees, there is zero follow through and assistance from “corporate.” They don’t value their customers at all. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Additionally the car wash actually sucks anyway unless you love water sports and bugs.

Good car wash with several locations. They employees are helpful and the equipment is maintained well. The best deal is unlimited washes with one full service a month. You can drive through any location any day for outside wash. There's plenty of vacuums and air hoses for self service after the was or just drive off. The once a month full service gets the areas the drive through doesn't. The only bad thing is Palm/Bullard does not have a dedicated Fast Pass lane. You roll the dice deciding what line to get in only to get stuck behind someone trying to buy a wash while several cars pass you in the other lane. There should be one of each at this location to encourage and reward members.

We got there at 7:16 pm and when I parked to use the vacuums I noticed that not all of my car got washed thoroughly. It was my first time going to this location and I would not be going back.

I canceled my membership with another car wash... so when I rolled into this one and they were offering a membership for 99 cents for the first month, I said yes but then I realized he signed me up for the most expensive one and he would not cancel it. I have to say, my car is cleaned much better here but I am not crazy about the price. I feel I was railroaded but will keep it for the month.
