Watch out!! My experience with this business. My car was was towed to Rick's RMS engine shop for an engine rebuild, the price I was given was $3500 for the removal, rebuild and replacement of the engine. He said it wld be done in 7 to 10 days which was not the case. He asked for $2000 up front for parts and to pay his mechanic for the removal. After a few weeks of not getting information about how things are going with our vehicle, we had to go pay him a visit just to get an idea of what was going on. The first time I went there to find out what was going on he pointed out an engine that he said was mine, it turned out not to be true, that engine was not even mine. Second time we went by bc he was not answering our calls or texts he said our engine was locked up and he didn't have the key so we weren't able to see it. He came up with excuse after excuse as to why he hadn't had my car ready. His last excuse was that his mechanic had a heart attack could not finish the job and replace the engine and he had no other mechanic to do it. After all the excuses and lies I felt I needed to take my car out of there no matter the condition he left it in which everything from the front end and

While this place does not do small jobs, they were gracious to help me out with an oil change after I learned the usual place I go to was closed for an extended time. Rick was awesome and got one of his guys to help me out and take care of the oil change on my vehicle. This is what community is about. I must say, their machine establishment is really clean & cool. Love the bar stools in the waiting area. They have some cool motors in display!! Will keep them in mind for any future motor or transmission work needed in the future.

Hi all I'm Brian from Corpus Christi. Just want everyone to know this. I drove all the way to San Antonio to pick up a head for my Cummins 6.7. Looked at the mixed reviews and was skeptical at first. When arrived I thought WOW nice looking shop. Met the owner and he's a great guy. I got home and I stalled the head and its perfect. Great price and stand up company. Thanks for being honest and staying open late for me.

Heys guys I’m Marco and I recently just had my cylinder heads both resurfaced as well as my Engine block and also had it bored out on each cylinder and had 2 sleeves replaced. I drove all the way from Laredo and man I’m glad I did. Everything came out phenomenal and I’d recommend this to anyone looking to also have anything of theirs resurfaced or worked on! Great customer service and worth the money! The pictures speak for themselves….
