I think I finally found an auto shop where I'm not feeling like I'm being treated like I'm dumb. I had some things break on my car that needed urgent addressing and they were so flexible and quick about helping me while accommodating my schedule as best as they can. Freddy and the guys are very friendly and kind, don't talk down to you, even explain stuff when I ask questions. It's a breath of fresh air how honest and transparent they are. No gotchas or surprises, and very customer oriented. No BS - which I especially appreciate - just great service all around.

Freddy was an amazing help and so gracious. I'm so grateful I went here to get my brakes fixed!! So kind, and an amazing team. My car drives so smooth and the service was incredible. I will be back for all repair needs for my car. Thanks again so so much!!!! Can't recommend this shop enough.

I took my 2013 Subaru BRZ in today for a brake job. Freddy called within minutes to let me know what work the car needed and gave me a reasonable quote for new pads, rotors, and a brake flush. The service was complete within a reasonable amount of time as he promised. He and George, the technician, were very friendly and I could tell they treated my car like one from their own garage. I got reasonable advice on what extra work might be needed in the future but neither Freddy nor George tried to pressure me into anything. I’m happy to have RPM as my local shop now. They’re friendly professionals.

I recently took my 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk to R.P.M. Auto Service & Repair, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Sam, the owner and a 40-year veteran mechanic, provided exceptional service. The Jeep has a complex front-end suspension system, and I went in with concerns about serious clunking noises. Sam got it up on the rack and quickly diagnosed the issue, providing a detailed breakdown of the necessary repairs. They replaced the front lower control arm ball joints, sway bar links, tie rod ends, wheel speed sensors, addressed repositioning the struts and performed a wheel alignment as well as repairing a small axle grease leak. I was impressed by their attention to detail and how they took the time to explain everything to me. The invoice was fairly priced and as we agreed in advance. It was clear and itemized, so I knew exactly what had been done. What truly sets R.P.M. apart is Sam’s (and his son Freddy's) professionalism, expertise, and decades of experience. Absolutely amazing service; it is extraordinary! The best place in town. I have never been to a better shop in Los Angeles. So many people have ripped me off or at least tried to up until I found this shop. Sam, Freddy, and George are detail oriented, they explain everything detail when working on my car and they have amazing prices! I have recommended all of my friends here and I will always give them my business. I highly, highly recommend this spot. They thoroughly go over your car and they stand by their work. Whatever your needs are, they have you covered. They specialize in European vehicles. And the location is great too! Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!!
