I cannot recommend Al and S&K German & European Automotive enough! I originally took my Mercedes GLC to another repair shop in Costa Mesa and was given a very expensive repair quote. Before moving forward, I spoke with Al and showed him the diagnostic report. Within minutes, he knew something wasn’t right and explained that I was likely being overcharged for repairs I didn’t actually need. Al invited me to bring my car to S&K German & European Automotive for a second opinion, and I’m incredibly glad I did. Not only did he correctly diagnose the issue, but he was able to fix my Mercedes for less than half of what the other shop quoted me. What impressed me most wasn’t just the money he saved me, it was his honesty, integrity, and genuine desire to help. In an industry where it’s hard to know who to trust, Al is the real deal. He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and treated me like family throughout the entire process. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Al and his team. While I didn't ultimately use this shop for repairs and went to a closer located shop, the communications and answers to my questions was very clear in my reach-outs, so thank you to Alfred! I would reach out to this shop again in the future for further inquiries.

I brought my Porsche Cayenne in for a rear AWD driveshaft replacement and was beyond impressed with the service. The team knew exactly what my vehicle needed and gave me a fair, honest quote that fit my budget. The repair was done quickly and professionally, with no upselling or surprises. They truly understand European cars and treated mine with expert care. It's hard to find a shop you can fully trust with a luxury vehicle, but this place delivered on every level. If you drive a Euro car, I highly recommend bringing it here; you won't regret it! FYI... I hardly give a 5-star REVIEW, but I felt taken care of respectfully and in a timely manner. I bought a used Audi that had leaks the minute I pulled it in the driveway. After many doubts and days in the shop, Al and his team honored their warranty and continued to track down the streamlining issues. I am deducting 1 star for cleanliness, time at shop and for not going above and beyond. Only fixed the bare necessities. There was residual glue, tape and seepage from old leaks under the hood that I found upon bringing the vehicle home. It seems that the utmost care of the vehicle was not considered, only getting the job done snd sending it home. Good, bad or indifferent, that is the over-arching vibe.
