One of the worst diesel shops i have ever taken my truck to. First they had the truck for longer that they said. Then not only did they not fix the problem i had to take the truck back 3 times to fix other things they broke. The first tech broke mounting tabs on my dash and didnt install it correctly. Then after calling for two weeks trying to get a update they said they weren't working on the truck and couldnt figured it out but still charged me for work that didnt fix the main problem. Save your money and go else where. Instead of going into the harness and find out why my fuel gauge didnt work they just ran a new unprotected unwrap wire and zipped tied in to the covered harness.

This review is long overdue, about a year ago i took my 2500hd silverado diesel here as i was having transmission problems with the allison 1000. The guy who i suspect was Lee, told me exactly what was wrong with it. And seeing as how i do most of my own auto repair i had it in my head that it was something else and this dude was spouting BS. Nope, 4 months later, a second shop that could not diagnose the problem, then on to the dealership who had it 2 months when GM tech support came back at them and said the exact same thing Lee did. In the end i paid about $1000 more dollars and a lot of wasted time, than if i had just listened and done what this man recommended. Live and learn, next time ill try not to be so thick headed.

Outstanding customer service. I called and asked for advice about a rust issue I was concerned about for a used vehicle given their experience with diesel trucks. They provided prompt feedback and gave me the professional second opinion I wanted! Highly recommend!

I had my truck worked on at Sac Valley - I had to go back 3 times to fix the problem. I have all communications on record. I paid a few hundred dollars and have all record, I emailed the company and asked if the problem could be fixed or refund my money. Lee (the owner) did say that he would solve the issue. So I messaged him back and never had a reply. I gave up because this whole back and forth dealings took maybe 6 months and I got nothing from it. It was a total waste of time and money. I am not going to deal with this company again. The owner (Lee) seems to be a nice guy but I don't know what happened. I still had faith and went back a few times - but nothing came out of it. I still would be very grateful of my money could be returned to me due to not being able to fix the issue.

Everyone at the shop is great to work with. They take their time and ensure that your truck is fixed correctly. They are usually booked a week or so out, so make sure you plan accordingly. Most shops that are this good are booked out as well.
