When I unexpectedly noticed a crack in my windshield I was filled with worry - how much will this cost me, how long will this take to remedy? But Safelite made this entire process a breeze. Was able to schedule an appointment at my preferred availability online in a matter of minutes. Communication from the employees and technicians was excellent. My window was fixed and new wipers installed quickly and professionally. This giant worry disappeared so fast. And, it did not cost me and arm and a leg. Would recommend!

I had a great experience at the Safelite AutoGlass location in Pasadena, CA. Kevin and Carmelo provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Even though I arrived close to closing time, they were friendly, professional, and worked efficiently to get my windshield replacement completed quickly without making me feel rushed. They took the time to answer my questions, were very polite throughout the entire process, and did an outstanding job. I especially appreciated how clean they left everything when they were finished—the window looked great, and they made sure the vehicle was spotless before returning it to me. Thank you, Kevin and Carmelo, for your hard work and excellent service. I highly recommend this Safelite location to anyone needing auto glass repairs or replacement! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I compared Windshield Hub and Safelite to get my Lexus Windshield changed. The dealer was the most expensive option. Lexus dealer wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to change the Windshield and recalibrate the front camera. I looked online at the best options and both Windshield Hub and Safelite had the best pricing. However, after comparing both and reading both sites reviews, some of the comments in Windshield Hub said they wish they had gone with Safelite. Safelite had great reviews so I decided to go with them. They have a shop where you can drop it off or you have the option for them to come to you. I decided to drop it off at the shop. They will confirm your appointment the day before which is great. You can also change the time and date for the appointment thorough their website. Overall from start to finish the experience was pleasant. I would highly recommend them.

Safelite was recommended by Geico to repair a small chip in my windshield, using a resin fill to prevent it from spreading. The entire experience was much easier and more pleasant than I expected. Communication was clear throughout, and I appreciated the option to have the repair done at home, along with the wide range of convenient scheduling times. On the day of the appointment, the technician provided timely updates on his arrival and even moved the appointment earlier within the scheduled window, which I really appreciated. He was personable and took the time to clearly explain the repair process. Overall, a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend.

Went in for a windshield replacement & calibration. I made the appointment online. My appointment was at 8am and I was out of there a little before 11am. I did go have breakfast a few blocks from there went back to safelite and sat there for a bit until they finished with my car. They have a TV, restroom, chairs, complimentary coffee & water. Everyone was really nice very respectful. Once my car was done David Ford called me and came to meet me in their waiting area. Really nice guy very professional. He explained to me what I need to know about my replacement. Thank you David and everyone involved in the service I received today. Listen guys I know it's a little pricey but at the end i had to replace my windshield and the process to do it here was so easy and I definitely do not regret it. Thank you guys
