I had a cracked front windshield. I went through my Allstate app and ended up scheduling with ease an appointment to come to my house and replace my windshield. My technician called prior to the appointment and Showed up within minutes once here he asked if I had any questions I just had one. He perfectly answered it and I felt comfortable. I went inside, but I Watched him while he worked from inside my home and was very satisfied. He is professional very neat. Very very neat organized. His Vin was perfectly organized and everything he used. He took care of all the equipment. I could tell. He also didn’t leave one speck of dust or dirt after putting the windshield in he even vacuumed my front floor mats. He was informative, and he even sold me on the added package with the window treatment and windshield wipers that I didn’t want in the beginning when I was making the appointment online. I just thought it was a waste, but he explained it and I was sold so he’s good at his upsell, which is awesome. I know about retail and that’s an added quality for any company by an employee it was such an easy, comfortable experience and I’d do it again. I had to do very little because everything

I was so excited to find out they could do same-day service much Cheaper then fixing the little ding in my window then getting a whole new window. they were nice, They offered earlier appointment schedules when there were other cancellations and the window was literally done in less than 30 minutes. They are super friendly and super professional I will definitely be going back if I ever have another rock hit my windshield issue again

I’ve been a long-time customer of Safelite, and as far as I’m concerned, there’s only Safelite when it comes to anything having to do with windshields. There’s really no reason to go anywhere else or deal with any other service. You guys are number one for a reason. Even though you give the disclaimer before every service that there’s always a small chance something could go wrong, I’ve personally never had that happen. And I can honestly say I’ve probably used Safelite more than the average person because I used to run a small fleet of rental cars, so I had to use your services pretty often. Not once have you ever made the damage worse, and every windshield issue I brought in was successfully repaired. That kind of consistency, professionalism, and reliability is hard to find these days, and it’s the reason I keep coming back.

I recently had my windshield replaced at the Riverside Safelite location. After the installation, I noticed scuffs/scratches on my dashboard that were not there prior to service. Communication with the store manager felt dismissive rather than solution oriented from the start. When I contacted the store manager to address the issue, I provided a 30-minute arrival window (3:00–3:30 PM). He stated he could not meet during that time due to personal matters and said I gave him a “broad range,” which I did not feel was unreasonable. I explained that this situation is just as inconvenient for me as it may be for him. After he declined to meet, I requested to speak with someone above him to help resolve the matter. At that point, he stated he would “make time,” but I had already expressed discomfort continuing to work directly with him and again requested escalation. I was then told there was no one above him I could speak to, and the call ended abruptly. I am requesting corporate review of how this situation was handled. Being told there was no one above the store manager to speak with and having the call ended abruptly was unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers should be able t
