This is the second time I used Safelite and it was another great experience. My appointment was booked two days after my request. The tech, Auston, was very experienced, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He was also done within the time frame stated. My windshield is beautiful again! Thanks Safelite!

Got my windshield replaced today at this shop. Excellent communication and service. I got messages before, during, and after the service, so I'm well prepared and informed on the progress. Drop off and pick up are as easy as it can be. Car is done on time as promised. One of the best service I ever had. [Update: it turns out the technician forgot to re-connect the hose for windshield fluid when replacing windshield and I need to get Honda to reconnect it. That being said, it does not change my view that their service is excellent.]

I've never had a more horrible experience with a vendor! I scheduled my windshield repair after dealing with my cracked windshield for 3 years. I chose Safelite because I thought they would stand behind their product/service. I had a tech come to my house and he changed my windshield. I only drove my truck for a few minutes that evening to run an errand. The next day there was a crack and I reported it and scheduled a fix for when I returned from a trip. When I came back, from the trip, the crack was bigger and the headliner fabric was coming off inside the cab. A new tech came back to repair the windshield and then declined. He said that the crack was my fault and that if I wanted to speak to a more senior tech that I needed to go to the office. I went to the office and argued with the senior tech. I was told that if I wanted to talk to someone higher I needed to speak to the store manager on Monday. I came back and he still refused to fix the issue. I then spoke directly to Safelite, a case number was created and I was told that someone was going to reach out to me within 48 hours. Its been 2 weeks and no one has reached out! Honestly impressed with how efficient and quick these guys were. Dropped my car off by 9:30AM and it was ready by noon! The work (windshield replacement) came out amazing, and the quality of the glass which I was a little skeptical about was also really good. Totally changed my impression on Safelite.

I got my windshield replaced by them. The service was reasonably quick and I didn’t notice any problem. Everything looked same like the original condition. But I was shocked after opening the bonnet about 1 week later for regular fluid level checkups. There were so many broken and missing fender clips which they have missed to install after installing the new glass. This indicates that some of the technicians lack due diligence. This arose a doubt about the quality of rest of the work also because I don’t know what parts are missing/broken in the hidden areas. I would like to suggest everyone who gets their service to open the bonnet and check everything before you leave at least to ensure the condition of visible areas and functionality of windshield washer etc. and avoid need of a second visit. I’d like to appreciate that they quickly installed all the fender clips once I informed them after re-visiting.
