A fluorescent light fixture stopped working in our kitchen. I called 4 or 5 recommended electricians and literally none even called back. The only one who answered said he was too busy. So, I came across Safety First they answered immediately (it was an answering service), but I received a call back within minutes. They had a gap in the schedule and Ronny was able to come by promptly. He gave us an estimate and we set up a time the next day for Miguel to complete the repair. The time window was 1pm-3pm. At 1:15 on that day I received a text that he was "enroute". I responded asking for an ETA, as I was leaving work to meet him. I did not get a response, so I went home and waited. 90 minutes later and two calls to the answering service and no Miguel and no communication. I finally left and of course he showed up minutes later....just before 3pm. I was frustrated, but turned around and went back home. Miguel said that there was traffic and that is why he took so long. I inquired why he couldn't have called or texted to tell me this (before I sat home for 90 minutes waiting) and he said that he can't text while driving. They helped me out in an emergency situation, and it ended up being a much bigger project than expected. Overall, the experience was great. They prepared the floors thoroughly and covered all of the furniture with plastic to protect it. They were very professional and communicated well throughout the entire process.

My husband and I just bought our first home, and it was in pretty bad shape. Half the wiring was from the 50's, half from every other decade in between. None of the circuits made any sense (why is my microwave in the kitchen on the same circuit breaker as the lights in the office???). We had a breaker that kept tripping, and another that released the magic blue smoke. It was rough. Miguel and Moy came over, did a full inspection, figured out what needed to go, what was still good, worked out a full game plan on how to do a complete re-wire and install a subpanel to make things a little more logical. Super thorough and professional, I was genuinely impressed that they worked out what to do before cutting any holes in the walls, which is really appreciated! They filled us in every step of the way on what was done, what was the next day's plan, and most importantly made sure the house was totally usable overnight (lights working, important outlets functional, cleaned up any dust and debris created by the work). They do awesome work. Whole house rewire, with a LOT of cursed DIY from the previous owners to undo. Took 5 days and everything is brand new. New wiring, new lights, new swit

We had the pleasure of hiring this company over the christmas holiday. They are detailed and very professional. The workmen Jonathan and Jorge N arrived each day on time and worked tirelessly. They kept us informed every step of the way. Jonathan in particular took his time to make sure we knew what he was doing. The owner Ronnie did the initial assessment of our home, and reassured us that we would be taken care of as soon as possible, and we were. Thank You !
