120% satisfied with service from San Diego Auto Glass Repair! My car's sideview mirror got smashed on a SUNDAY morning.I am so glad I found this place from Google search! Received very quick response from Rubin on same day (SUNDAY)! He asked me to send some pictures, provided me with a quote, and ordered the replacement part. The damaged mirror had a blind spot indicator light. Although the power motor for mirror adjustment was not affected, I was concerned that because the black edge of the housing got cracked and offset, the entire assembly ( and not just the glass part) may need to be replaced. Rubin reassured me that such issue was an easy fix, and he's been true to his word! When the replacement part we were waiting on was delivered, Rubin informed me even when it was past their business hours, and we made an arrangement to get it installed the very next day. The 2 other 'auto glass specialists' I called prior told me they don't do sideview mirror replacements. Not sure if they consider it as a small job. Rubin understood right away about the safety risk of not being able to see without the mirror. I felt that he really cares for the customers and he has a genuine intent to

Found this shop online and texted via web and I immediately received a reply. Gave the model and got the price quote right away within 5 min. This is the place to go to fix your windshield! Unfortunately I didn't get the name of my technician, but he did such a great job. I've done multiple glass shops and they can't even get it right the first time. He walked up and greeted us as soon as he saw us arrived at the shop. He started right away, he ask me of my concerns about the job and explained to me how long it would take and if there's any parts needed to be change. He then direct us to the lounge area. When the owner Rubin arrived, he immediately offered cold water to us. he explained that my rearview mirror was detached from the glass and that the wired was cut. My car is old and I really wasn't planning on extra expenses. Rubin hook me up with a new rearview mirror without extra charge. Thank you I really appreciate it. Long story short. My experienced was amazing, got my car fix the right way (High quality craftsmanship). The shop is huge, clean and organized. Oh and military friendly too :) I will bring my cars here from now on.

On Monday morning, a rock struck the windshield on my 22’ Ford Bronco: I called Rubén and he had an opening that afternoon. He’s hired and trained his nephew as well, it’s nice to see a family business ran by a caring professional. They performed great work, later that week my girlfriend was on her way home and had rock strike on her windshield, I immediately called Rubén and he was able to take care of her vehicle.
