I brought my Mercedes in for two simple repairs: fixing the trunk latch and replacing the door tumbler. The shop initially agreed to do the work, but later told me they received the wrong door tumbler. Instead of offering to reorder the correct part, they basically gave up on the job. When I picked up the car, things were actually worse than when I brought it in. The door panel had been left loose and improperly reinstalled, and the wood trim was chipped. Even worse, the trunk latch had been disabled and parts were left unassembled. Because of this, I had to take the car to another shop just to have the door panel reinstalled properly and the trunk latch put back together. Despite not completing the job, they still charged me $80. I paid it just to move on. After leaving, I discovered the trunk latch components were completely disassembled. When I called to report the issue, the person at the desk told me it was because I had already picked up the car — which makes no sense, since of course I had to pick it up. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I left with damage to my trim, unfinished work, and had to pay another shop to fix what should have been handled here. I

Had my car towed in, it wouldn't start. After AAA took forever... But that's for another rating...They were all very understanding and courteous. Very fair pricing, and I would recommend them to anybody.

These guys are extremely hones, fair, and knowledgeable. They took EXCELLENT care of my unique situation. They went out of their way to squeeze my car in and get the car back on the road the same day. I Highly recommend using them for your German car. These are the "good guys" in the business.

Highly Recommend! Took my Sons VW Beetle here after a minor fender bender caused his headlight to fall out… Luckily, they asked if I could bring the old headlight in which we figured was probably busted. We were so lucky they told us to try bringing it and were able to fix it in a matter of minutes. We’d originally planned on leaving his car and waiting on an estimate but instead our issue was solved instantly! It’s been very hard to find people who understand this particular car, let alone who wouldn’t take advantage of a Mom just trying to get her kid back on the road. When I asked the total they said, “no charge it was only a few seconds of time”. That’s pretty incredible for someone who just totally fixed the car! I was absolutely impressed and dumbfounded because I’m usually the person who would be taken advantage of. We are very grateful for their time and assistance. They’ve earned a customer for life! Tom, the owner, is a great honest mechanic, fast and efficient. He has been taking care of my Porsche and my BMW for years. He would actually discourage you from unnecessary work. Thank you Tom!
