⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Seiko Auto Service. They did a very thorough inspection of my Subaru and took the time to properly diagnose the ongoing issues I had been dealing with. Their attention to detail and honest assessment really helped me understand the condition of the vehicle and ultimately helped me make the decision to move on to a newer car given the length and extent of the issues. I really appreciate the time, professionalism, and thoroughness they put into their diagnosis. It’s reassuring to have a shop that takes the time to actually investigate the problem rather than just guessing or recommending unnecessary repairs. I would definitely recommend Seiko Auto Service to anyone looking for an honest and thorough automotive shop!

I have been going to Seiko's since Moving to Monrovia about 5 years ago, and I have always had a great experiences and will continue going here for my car needs. They are always professional and do a good job explaining/documenting things even if you are not a car person. My car is still running great even after 10+ years and 120k+ miles thanks to Seiko's!

First time we used Seiko's. We were recommended by a friend. We are new to the area and was time for our Subaru Outback to have the 60K service. The appointment was easy to do online, the technician did a very thorough check, and was great to work with Francis on the invoicing. The cost was at the top of the range, but it cost to have experienced people supporting your car and receive quality service. On the drive back home was easy to tell the car felt like it was brand new again. Very pleased and would highly recommend giving them a try.

I had a wonderful experience at Seiko’s with my 250k+ Subaru Forester. Their service was incredibly thorough, with a high level of attention to detail. They provided a full diagnostic report complete with photos, which gave me a lot of confidence in their assessment. I really appreciated their trustworthy recommendations—they explained what was needed without any pressure. On top of that, they were genuinely kind and delivered excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Their mechanic Cody is truly a Subaru whisperer and Francis who handles the office was a delight to work with. Highly recommend!

It's always a tough decision to find a mechanic that you can trust. This is my second time now at Seiko's and I honestly can't imagine taking my 2010 Prius anywhere else. The team is kind, honest, and friendly. They provide a very thorough assessment - prioritizing what is needed to repair in your vehicle first. After each visit, my car feels like it is running like new and I fall in love with it once again. I can't see myself taking my car anywhere else. Seiko is it. It was also great that they provided a loaner car for my extensive repairs. Repairs included: electric water pump and suspension strut replacement
