Scammers. I had an air leak with an ABS valve , diagnosed it myself, and called the closest shop. From the moment they said “cash or Zelle only,” I was already suspicious. I asked the labor rate, and they quoted $125/hr, which is pretty standard. After pulling in, they told me I needed a new valve and that it would take 3 hours of labor. Knowing very well the valve takes less than 20 minutes to remove and replace, I questioned it. The front desk had two attendants, an older woman and a younger one. I asked the older woman to speak with the mechanic and explain the labor time. She came back saying: 1 hour to remove the valve 1 hour to install it 1 hour to “clean the lines” When I asked what “cleaning the lines” actually meant and why it was necessary, she suddenly came back and said, “Oh, it’s only 2 hours.” At that point, I already knew exactly what was going on. They couldn’t get the part that day, so I left the truck and returned the next day. We agreed to clean the old valve and reinstall it instead. Now here’s where it gets interesting. (Silvany Diesel Truck and Trailer Repair) is by far the WORST repair shop I have ever been to in my entire life. They are the most unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful people I’ve ever witnessed in any mechanic shop. My Dad made the mistake, back in August, of coming here. He needed the transmission line fixed on his truck, and what was supposed to have been labor within a weeks time, turned into nearly 3 weeks, and we constantly had to show up because of the lack of communication that Jessie (the lady in charge) was giving us. She is extremely unprofessional with the way she spoke to my father, and not only that, but her son was the exact same way, yelling in my dad’s face, and even walking after us as we were leaving, on his power trip. I can’t recall his name. What was supposed to had been a simple fix ended up in my Dad having to additionally pay for other things that they did not inform him about, (that just so happen to become a problem) on the truck, that he was not previously having. Their prices are outrageously high, and they are very slow with their labor. I am extremely disgusted in how they treated my dad and myself. If I could give this place zero stars, I definit

I came here with my diesel pusher motorhome to have a drive axle seal replaced. The work was done quickly and pricing was fair. I will come back next time I need something done that's beyond my capability. Thanks again.

These are the best guys and service in Houston. The owner and the employees are such an amazing people, they talk with you and have fun with you while getting your job done. I highly recommend these guys, if you want anything done on your diesel truck, alignment or muffler job.
