These guys installed a whole new car sound system for me. Always wanted a better system but it got urgent when some of my current speakers started going out. Made a plan based around my budget to get the most out of it. Ended with all Kenwood speakers and sub, new JBL head unit with wireless Car Play, along with door and trunk deadening to eliminate vibrations (not initially in the plan, but after the first listen I wanted it and it made a WORLD of difference). LOVING my driving experience now! Did it all in a day. Highly recommend this place! P.S. writing this while sitting in my car bathing in this sound. Don’t wanna get out!

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND: Ok this is a long review. On 12/10 we decided to go visit UVS. As we approached our car to leave the alarm system started going crazy. The car did a kill switch thinking we were trying to steal the car. The car alarm kept going off & had to unlock manually. Car started then died. Then car wouldn't start at all. Called road side they came checked out battery, everything was fine. He came to the same conclusion that the key/alarm malfunction. He stated we need a locksmith for key fob & alarms. We called $400 dollars later wires were burning with smoke the guy messed up the system. ALL OF THIS IN THE ET PARKING GARAGE. 🥺 We were an hour away from our hotel & 6hrs from home & the car is dead. We Ubered an hour away. Left car in parking structure. UVS security was amazing. Ubered back to parking building early the next morning, towed car to SIMONS STEREO. All this on 2hrs of sleep. We were very emotional. Simon the shop owner received my voicemail late last night & I called early in the morning & he answered. He said he's so sorry & we can definitely tow the car to his shop. Upon arrival we were greated with compassion & kindness. He knew we had went through alot

Simon Stereo is the only place I go! Been coming here for over 10 years. just got a brand new c300 2024 needed tints called over Simon and he helped me get it done easy and professional same day!
