Big shoutout to the store manager, Safi! I initially just called to ask some questions about my vehicle since my car-play stopped working after a jump-start. Without a doubt, he offered me a free inspection and told if I had the time to stop-by the same hour and I wasn't too far from the shop hence I did. As soon as I got there, not even a minute after, my car-play already started working again. By far the quickest auto-service I've had! Thank you, safi! I love it when shops genuinely offer help out of kindness, instead of trying to rip you off! More power to this business!

Blew the radiator out on the trip back home. It was already almost 100 miles to get towed from Jackson to Sacramento, was gonna be another 100 miles and my last AAA tow so needed it repaired asap. Smart auto were one of the shops open late enough to realistically get it fixed in time. They were able to see me asap and even without the part, picked it up same day and installed. Professional and worked in my budget. In a world of mechanics trying to get one over on you, Smart auto are really here to help you

I had an amazing experience at this repair shop! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They opened early on a Saturday, which was super convenient. Their prices for an oil change are really affordable, and the service is quick and efficient. Highly recommend them!
