Seamless Smog and Registration Help with Truly Exceptional Service! I came in thinking I only needed a smog check as a new California resident, and ended up having one of the best service experiences I have had in a long time. Bobby immediately stood out. He was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained that they could also handle registration on site and was very upfront about the added cost for the convenience, which I appreciated. The smog check itself was quick and seamless, but what really set this experience apart was everything that followed. Came here on a Friday at around 4 PM rushing to get a smog check before aaa closes at 5 PM so that I can get my car registered since I’m out of state and gifting this to my father. Thank you so much guys for helping me out right away.

I arrived for a smog check and was told by Ricardo to wait about 30 minutes. He didn’t take my phone number or any information and asked that I wait in my car. Since it was hot outside, I went across the street to a nearby restaurant while waiting. During that time, my spot was given to someone who had just pulled up. When I returned, I was told to sit in the reception area and wait again. There doesn’t seem to be any appointment or waitlist system in place, which resulted in me wasting over 30 minutes waiting for the next person to finish after my spot was given away. I think there’s a much better way to manage wait times—taking down phone numbers and notifying customers when the next technician is available would prevent this kind of situation. Very frustrating experience and a poor waiting system.
