Edit: Right after that, I exited the car wash and an employee gave my car a quick wipe-down, but it still had plenty of water spots. I asked if I could just borrow a microfiber towel to dry it myself and return it when I was done, but I was told no. If customers aren’t allowed to finish drying their own cars, I’d expect a more thorough wipe-down. Taking off one star for that. Absolutely positive experience! I came in with a free wash from an Instagram ad, but the promo code didn’t work. The employee immediately came over, used his own code, and got me taken care of without any hassle. It also looked like they were short-staffed, but he handled everything on his own while still providing great customer service. Friendly, efficient, and professional from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great car wash!

Paid for the most expensive wash they offered ($25), didn’t lift any of the dirt off of my car at all. The dirt was not caked on by any means - it would come off by just wiping it with my finger. I was also supposed to receive a free vacuum with my wash but they did not give me a credit to use the vacuum, so I had to ask an attendant for one. He acted disgruntled when I approached him. The vacuum only lasted long enough to clean half of my car (which had only light crumbs on the inside) so I (very kindly) asked him for another credit and he told me to go ask someone else because I was interrupting him. Umm okay fair enough but why am I having to hunt an employee down for something I paid for? I am only giving two stars because I showed an employee that my car was still dirty after paying for the most expensive wash and they gave me a credit for another wash, but safe to say I will not be paying to have my car washed here again.

I used to come here since a couple of years now and never had a complain. This is the first time i have such a bad experience with the wash… what happened?! Did they change products?! My car looks cleaner after a rain storm than after this wash. Pretty dissapointed. Might be my last time, i am not wasting $20 again. Also the rag used to dry the water at the end made the car dirtier. 😒.

My experience at Solar car wash was very disappointing. There was an employee wearing a blue shirt and a White headscarf who had a very unprofessional attitude. I asked him for a vacuum coin, since I have a monthly membership, but he refused to give it to me unless I said “please.” This kind of behavior is completely inappropriate, especially toward a paying member. Customer service should be respectful and straightforward, not conditional on saying certain words. If this is how customers are treated, management seriously needs to address it. I won’t be coming back.

Got the wash and shine , be careful if your front license plate is lifting at the bottom it was lifted more during wash causing it to bend. The side scrubbers hit the vehicle when it was coming by and deep stains won’t come out, but shine is nice I guess
