Phase II Completion: Sorena Car Audio and Video is top shelf on Audio and accessory installations. I spoke with Sam the owner and he was professional, kind and knowledgeable. I scheduled the appointment to have a 12.3 Android Car Play unit in my Mercedes-Benz. I showed up this morning and met with Arian, a true professional at his trade as well as a kind, honest and knowledgeable individual. The shop is meticulously maintained and has a vast array of tools, work bench areas, awesome LED ceiling lighting, a waiting area, front office and conference/training room. This shop and team of professionals are a class act. Arian explained the installation process and timeline and I was quite impressed. The Rolls Royce in the shop that was getting customized with lighting and sound was a testament to the quality of work that Arian, Sam and the other team members provide when you bring your car into the shop. Arian called me when the car was completed and when I arrived gave me a very thorough orientation on the features, modes and operational functionality of the new unit. Sam and crew did an incredible job on my 1971 Mercedes Benz 280SL. Installed a period correct Becker Europa II that had been upgraded to include Bluetooth and phone. Also upgraded my speakers to Morel Hybrid Integra 62's. What a difference! I've owned the car for over 40 years, so I'm extremely picky as to whom I let work on it. Sam and his team treated my car with incredible care and craftsmanship. I couldn't be happier or more satisfied. I recommend Sorena Car Audio without any reservations. Quick follow up. A day after my review, the radio died. No power, no nothing. Texted Sam and in his calm way asked if I could drop by that afternoon and they'd take care of it. Long story short, I discovered that my car had not one, but two fuse boxes! Chris figured it out ("they're like old Porsche set ups") and in less than half an hour (and swapping out a cruddy, rusty old fuse) everything was working perfectly. These guys are awesome and stand by their work. Can't recommend them enough!!

From beginning to end, a completely professional experience. I brought in my 1964 Corvair for upgraded audio and ambient lighting. Not everyone can/will work on vintage cars, but Sam and the crew at Sorena knew exactly what to do. Super easy to work with, knowledgeable... and something very important to me... they ran ON TIME with everything they told me. Initial consultation, drop off and pickup were all exactly as scheduled. They had a no pressure/no hustle atmosphere. Totally recommend to anyone, and especially those of us with vintage cars.
