Honestly the best customer service! I’ve been coming here for about 6 years and i always feel taken care of. Everyone is so helpful and kind but especially Brent who has helped me with some pestering battery / electrical issues several times over the past few years. Communication is clear and efficient, they’re patient and thorough, and even though this is obviously a business and they need to make money, i genuinely feel like they’re super honest and they take care of their customers.

I received great customer service and my car was ready by the end of the same business day. I appreciate the extra time that was given while explaining everything that pertained to the module that had to be replaced. I felt they provided quality work at a reasonable price and will definitely refer them when I hear a good mechanic is in need.

I recently had a nasty oil leak repaired on my Mercedes C250 and I'm extremely satisfied with the service. The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. They give you the sense of trust in their service. They clearly explained everything that they were going to do to find the leak and then explained what needed to be repaired to fix the leak. The repair was done really well and it only took one day and I also found the price to be very fair. Appointments must be made for all repairs. Many thanks to Brent and Alex for their help and service to get my car up and running smoothly. They really care about their customers and will do everything possible to make sure your car repairs are done correctly. This is my favorite repair shop and I would definitely recommend South Bay Autohaus to anyone in need of Mercedes car repairs.
