I came in and knew I had get new tires. the new Owner were amazing. I left happy and thankful. Got brand new tires, brakes and fixed the car up. They were super nice, explained things and did genuinely quality work! Which is hard find these days! I'm bringing my other car back and highly recommend them

Alfredo and his entire team are the best. I trust his opinion on the work that needed to be done and he was not wrong. I bought my car with 20” rims and although they looked good, the ride was not smooth. Every crack in the road was causing damage to my rims and suspension. After my rim cracked for the 2nd time, i had to find a permanent fix so i came to Spoke Lab and got 4 new wheels and tires and Alfredo showed me all the damage that those old rims caused and he was able to fix everything same day! My car is now better than i bought it and I will be sending everyone i know to Spoke Lab. The service was phenomenal and he treated my car with the care like it was his own car. A stressful day turned into a good experience!

OMG, what can I say about Spokes Lab! I came in after hitting my left front and left rear tires on the medium by turning too quickly getting onto the freeway from Union avenue to 85. By turning to quickly, it blew out both tires on my drivers side. I had to have it towed by AAA flat bed truck just to get over to Spokes Lab on Coleman ave in San Jose. Once there, their pit crew took over! I call them the pit crew because they are so fast, quick and efficient! Both rims damaged beyond repair. Plus my front left tow bar & strut were damaged! I ordered all new rims and tires and they gave me a great price to get back on the road safely. As they were putting my CMax back together, they noticed my right whee bearing was bad so I had them replace that as well. I love the way my car drives now and thanks to Spokes Lab, I’m safely back on the road!! I would recommend this establishment to anyone. They have a great team so next time you need tires or an alignment or just need them to check something out, Spokes Lab is your place to go!! Oh, I forgot to mention the whole staff is very friendly and an awesome group to work with. Thank you Spokes Lab for getting my girl back on the road runn

Tire, Wheels, Alignment, Brake Services, and more… I came for some brand new tires, I got my tires balanced, got the alignment done for my car and Jose gave me a quote for my brake rotors and pads! Staff very nice, definitely coming back!

Quick, affordable, super nice tech and friendly front desk staff. Our son needed a new tire, and we didn’t want to spend too much on a set of new tires…but as we know, this place sells slightly used tires and for less than 100 bucks, we were fix and on our way. Thx JD tires…quick, easy, and painless…more auto service businesses should work like this. Bravo
