The gentleman was warm and happy to help. The waiting room was nice and cool and made waiting during the hot weather very comfortable. There was also a cold water dispenser. I would recommend this place

I was very pleased with the entire experience. The waiting room was extremely clean, very comfortable, and had a TV playing funny videos. From when I arrived until My car was finished and I was driving away, Was At the most 15 minutes. The owner Francisco was so nice. He also gave me a discount from a coupon without my asking. I will bring all of my cars to Star Smog😊

I found Star Smog on Google and decided to give them a try based on their great reviews. I'm glad I did because they did not disappoint! Francisco was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process. The service was quick, efficient, and made the entire experience stress free. I went in on 6/1. Didn't get the name of the nice guy. Super friendly and fast. Got there around 4:45pm. Waiting room was clean and A/C made it super comfortable. To the nice technician, I drove the Kia Soul . Thank you!

Amazing service from start to finish! Francisco was super friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. The smog check was done really fast, and he explained everything clearly without trying to overcharge me. I was in and out quicker than I expected. Definitely one of the best smog places I’ve been to, and I’ll for sure be coming back next time. Highly recommend!
