I had my amp redone there, the work itself was good. The issue I have is I dropped my car off at noon and they never contacted me and held my car overnight. I live in Los Angeles and the shop is in Santa Ana. I only had the landline number so I had to Uber with no reimbursement. Hank, the ones of Stero Blvd, contacted me as soon as he found out what happened. Rather than deleting the original I wanted you to know Hank wanted to make it right and did. I appreciate someone that will go out of their way to show their customers they care.

Hank is a blessing to work with, his stereo mind and how things need to be set up for best quality sounds is nothing to shake a stick at..The man is a master mind in his field, thank you hank for all the hard work in seeing that I am truly happy with the stereo sounds ...

I brought my daughter’s car in to have her sub connected & I also bought speakers & tweeters. Stereo Blvd charged me over $1000 to do the work & the speakers & sub have never worked properly. I have had to take it in several times to have it reconnected because they didn’t do right the first time. Still, here we are two years later & it still doesn’t work right. Not only that, but now my Apple car play doesn’t work at all. The speakers go in & out everyday. I go over a bump & they go out, I go over a bump & they go back in. All I know is that I spent a lot of money for a shitty job done. It sucks especially when the owner told me he would take care of me. Q

Came in to have my stock stereo replaced, Hank and his team were nothing short of amazing! Being female in a shop of about 8 men didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. Everyone was so helpful and respectful! Including his other customers in the shop. I shopped around before making this decision and Hank’s prices were by the far the cheapest without giving up the quality. Big thank you to Hank and his team! I’ll also be back to tint my moms car!

Place is okay, could use better customer service and communication. I got a birch wood box made and it took way longer then what I was promised which I wouldn’t mind but had I known it was going to take what it took and I would’ve gone else where, it didn’t come wrapped either as promised but I took it like that cuz I needed it and wrapped it myself. Good work, meh service
