When it comes to customer service these guys are the BEST! Ray, Lynn and Rakel were great. They went over and beyond what I expected. The price was perfect and explained everything to me and I was in and out in no time. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys... See you soon 🤗

Terrible customer service they gave us a 30 minute wait time and hadn't even looked at the car or began to work on it. Then they gave us a 20 minute wait time and pretended like they were working on it when they hadn't even started. The guy at the front desk acts like he can't answer any questions about what they are doing to your vehicle. They had us sit there for over an hour and hadn't even began to look at or work on our car for a simple radio hookup. Don't waste your time here they will have you sitting there for hours playing dumb like they're doing work and they can't answer questions. When I left I asked if they were just wasting our time and the front dude desk responded "yup".

Horrible horrible place save your time, money,and energy DON'T GO HERE I waited 5 and a half hours for what they said would be a two hour wait. Not only that but they kept running up the price while doing the work for 2minor ass parts that cost 1/4 of what they're charging me for. and to top it off they didn't even put my door panels back on correctly so I had to do it myself because I wasn't going to wait another 2hours for them to figure out how to do it right the first time

Brought in to get a subwoofer, and was told it would take 1:30-2 hours. Ended up taking a lot longer. When I finally got the truck back, it was a wreck. Stuff was thrown everywhere, dash was not properly put back, and I found screws all over the place. There was also grease from their hands everywhere in the truck. Definitely not worth my time or money.

Loved the Staff, loved the price installation took only 15 min. i pulled in and they went right to work i had a request looked back the radio out of the car. these guys do not play get the job done quickly. i had a problem and they fixed it for free no questions asked fixed it in one min. I left with a big cheese smile on my face. made me feel money well spent. west coast audio had me waiting hours charged me double and i left feeling confused and ripped off. I will definitly do all my car audio with them. I will refer all my family and friend and even strangers to do business with this outstanding establishment.
