Great experience getting my car serviced here. Online appointment booking was very convenient with price was provided while booking the appointment. Service at the shop was excellent and timely. 100$ for oil chance of European cars is a great deal and also includes detailed inspection. Some recommendations provided for future services and no upselling of any unnecessary items. Highly recommended in case you are looking for a reliable service auto shop. Will definitely be coming back.

I’m new to the Bay Area, and it quickly became clear that finding an honest and reliable mechanic can be a real challenge. A week ago, my car broke down due to a faulty water pump and thermostat. Recently took my car in to Stress Free Auto Care to get a wheel bearing replaced. Ony Velez the general manager gave me a very competitive initial estimate and then proceeded to reduce the cost even more. Very pleased and grateful for that. Ony was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The work was done very quickly and solved the issue I was having. They also did a very thorough courtesy inspection with photos and did not pressure me into getting additional work done. Just gave me an honest assessment of the shape of my 2012 Highlander. Which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle to Stress Free Auto Care.
