I like this car wash and their other location. I have a monthly membership with them & think it’s worth it. My only issues for not giving them more than 3 stars is the free vacuum stations. There’s been times where the hoses are broken or have no suction. And the drying towel bins not being kept stocked with clean towels. Sometimes there’s none & you have to walk to other bins looking for some or move your car to a station that has working vacuum hoses. And that’s if your lucky and the place is not busy crowded. Owners need to stay on top of their vacuum cleaners always working with no broken hoses & the employees making sure there’s plenty of clean towels in the bins.

Came here for the first time today and got amazing customer service from the staff. Princesa did a great job at explaining the process and memberships to me! I got a membership and the car wash itself was a very easy process and my car was very clean! Definitely recommend.

I am very disappointed with the quality of service I received. I understand this was an automatic car wash and did not include a full hand wash or hand cleaning. However, I still expected my vehicle to come out reasonably clean. Unfortunately, there were still visible dust marks and dirt left on the vehicle after the wash. One of the female employees standing inside the tunnel was supposed to properly guide the vehicle and use the hand pressure washer on the tires before the car entered the automatic wash. However, she did not perform those duties, which appeared to affect the overall quality of the wash. I was not expecting a detailed hand wash, but I did expect the automatic wash to remove the visible dust and leave my car looking clean. Sadly, it did not meet even that expectation. I hope management pays closer attention to the quality of service and employee involvement, as customers deserve better value and a cleaner vehicle, even with a standard automatic wash. Based on my experience, I would not return or recommend this car wash.

The car wash was very good when they first opened, but now it's just getting worse. Most of the vacuums on the left side hardly have any pressure, and some have been broken for months. I've mentioned it to the employees a few times, but nothing ever seems to get fixed. Sometimes, the car wash is just completely out of service. It's frustrating! I am thinking to switch to a different car wash

We Love this Place, we have been coming since it opened and they are awesome. Customer Service here is great and the wash is excellent, and very clean. If you have not signed up to be a member just do yourself a favor and get signed up it’s very reasonable price
