A huge thanks to Job! Finding a mechanic you can trust is never easy, but he made the entire experience stress-free. He fixed everything on our 2008 Toyota, and the time was incredibly fast. Job was highly professional, transparent, and clearly knows what he is doing. We are so happy that we finally found a reliable place to take our car. I highly recommend T-21 Auto Services and Repairs. Joe and Ezras have done excellent work on my 2004 Toyota RAV4, and I really appreciate the quality of their repairs, their attention to detail, and their fair pricing. They have helped keep this older car running through a number of important repairs and maintenance items, including a radiator replacement, radiator hoses, catalytic converter, oxygen sensors, ignition switch, spark plugs, wheel balancing, alignment, oil service, and general maintenance. Each time, they’ve been thorough, practical, and clear about what needed to be done. What I especially appreciate is that they don’t just throw parts at a problem. They tested the catalytic converter system before recommending replacement, caught related issues while already working on the car, and handled smaller maintenance items like filters in a very fair way. That kind of judgment matters a lot when you’re maintaining an older vehicle. Their prices have been reasonable, the work has been solid, and I trust them to give me an honest assessment. I finally found a shop that has honest mechanics who work there. Joe and his Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are affordable to all budgets and having T-21 work on my Infiniti FX 35 I know that quality work is performed each and every time. They keep it real and they make sure my car is fixed from the issue at hand. I’ve already recommended T-21 to all my friends and family because if I can trust their work, then they can too. So I give these guys at T-21 5 stars for their service, knowledge and honesty. I’m glad Pat’s Garage referred me to these guys because it’s hard to find a shop that stands by their work and helped me when other shops didn’t. I've been going to Job and T-21 for my 1998 Honda CRV for the last 5 -6 years. They always do great work. Job is always fair with pricing and their work is reliable and fast. For as old as my car is they keep it running smooth. If you're ever in need these are the guys to go to.
