Great guy everything was handled professionally and had no issues whatsoever with him very trustworthy he fixed an electrical issue I was dealing with on my 2014 Lexus Is350.

First time encounter and he was really informative and very helpful with explaining the issue before any replacement parts or labor is done. I have been having trouble with an electrical issue and Mr.Tapia was able to find my issue after 2 previous failed attempts with other mechanics. Great guy and trustworthy and cautious with your vehicle! Would definitely recommend and i will be happy to come back for any service needed for my vehicle in the future!

Best diagnóstics technician in fresno. I have a 2016 Toyota rav4. Had gone to an auto shop here in Town to gett it checked out because of they brake light and abs light had come on the dashboard. Car runned good just those light had me going crazy. Long story short,the shop i took it to told me they had to replace abs module and programming it Will run me $2300. I let tapia know what the shop had found and how much they quoted me . All he said was "i will diagnose first before quoting You on a ABS module & programming" 3 hours later he calls me to go pick up My car. Once there, all he said was "ok it's ready to go . I Will only Charge You 3 hours of diagnose" 🥹. I asked him if any parts we're replaced and why did the other shop quoted me for a whole ABS module and programming? He just replied with a Big smile and said "i diagnose first before replacing any parts" Indeed he did . Not only that he saved me over $2k on unnessary repairs but he also showed me we still have good people i'n this world . And proving once again not all mecanics and or technicians are Bad people taking advantage of women who has no knowledge about cars . May god bless his soul and keep continuing to bles

I brought my 2018 Chevy Traverse to Tapia’s Diagnostics as a last resort after repeated frustrations with Blackstone Chevy. Despite taking my vehicle there three times, they repeatedly addressed the wrong issues, resulting in over $1,000 spent on unnecessary parts and diagnostic tests. Initially, I was hesitant to try Tapia’s Diagnostics, especially since the shop operates out of a home. However, Roberto’s reasonable rates and a video I saw of him explaining how many shops only fix the first problem they see convinced me to give it a shot. This approach was exactly what I needed after my experience with the dealership. Roberto immediately got to work on my vehicle. I explained all the prior work and attempts to fix the issue. Within about an hour, he accurately diagnosed the EVAP problem: a faulty charcoal canister leaking fuel—something the dealership missed on three separate occasions. He provided a clear quote for parts and labor, which was significantly more affordable than what the dealership had offered. Tapia’s Diagnostics quickly diagnosed my Jaguar XF crank no-start condition and found wiring problems at the ignition coils along with multiple electrical and cooling system issues. The cooling fan operation and air trapped in the cooling system were also properly repaired. Very knowledgeable, saved me money, and fixed the problem correctly instead of just throwing parts at it. Highly recommend for difficult electrical and diagnostic work. Also vacuumed my ac system for my 2016 gmc sierra.
