I brought my work van in for repairs. The staff was very friendly right from the go. I had made an online appointment, but I guess there is a glitch in their system and there wasn’t an actual spot for me, but I had got lucky because the guy in front of me had just canceled so I got in. The plus side with this place is I felt confident that they would thoroughly go through my vehicle and find any other issues that might exist. They let me know that they may have my van for the entire day, and that was fine with me, and I told them if they need it the next day that’s fine too. I feel like the few things I had serviced are done right and will last. My one and only complaint is they had my van much too long for the work that was preformed. I think in general it was a partial days work for lots of places. I brought my van in on a Wednesday and got it back around noon on Monday. They did not communicate that the shop would be closed July 3rd, so it was a little surprising. And getting my van back mid day Monday pretty much killed any chance of me getting back to work that day too. I would for sure use them again, I would just ask for better communication on the timeline.

I don't normally do reviews, but I feel the need to this time. The staff was very helpful. I called a bunch of shops when my car broke down and they all seemed annoyed when I asked about financing. All except The Auto Experts. Mike was very chill. Thanks Mike! The staff got to my car as quickly as they could and kept me updated during the repairs. I definitely recommend them . Thanks again everyone

Came in for a diagnostic for an illuminated EPB light for 2011 Hyundai Genesis they pinpointed the problem for me. Scott and his team is very friendly and trustworthy. I recommend these guys. Unfortunately the piece I needed was close to $4500 and they were super cool and understood with the price range why I did not want to replace. 10/10

Uncomplicated, professional, prompt and reliable!!!! Will definitely use for our future needs. Even though we had a difficult situation with an AC system that kept leaking the team was positive and kept us updated and over several visits were able to perform all the needed work promptly.

Not professional by any means. After a rude encounter with the lady at the front desk I was skeptical of the business. When I was notified to come pick up my car after paying in full I went to start my car and noticed the job was incomplete, my dashboard not put back together screws and grease marks were all over. I went to notify the management and they acted surprised. I explained to them that was not professional by any means and was going to express what happened so other customers would think twice about servicing there car there. I would recommend you avoid this place and find a more professional auto shop to get your work done. The last thing a customer wants is to wait while they “put back” the pieces of the car. This confirms they not only didnt check the work but also not confirm the car was ready to be turned back over to the customer.
