Auto Experts Transmission was fabulous. I have used them in the past and received exceptional service. Yes, I needed a new transmission but I had to trust someone. Glad I trusted Auto Experts Transmission. The repair was completed ahead of schedule. My daughter is driving a safe automobile. Great having a peace of mind. Thank you

I have had my car services at Auto Experts a couple times now and both times have been a good experience. Karl and Joe are great. They kept me updated on my SUV, took pictures and explained everything. I trust and recommend them highly. I have referred other family and friends also and they have also had positive experiences. Great customer service. Went here after poor customer service from Elk Grove Jeep. I've been coming back for multiple services. They're clear and love the communication. It's quite a bit out of the way for me but I'll make the drive for the service and transparency. Scheduling is pretty convenient as well. There's online and you can set up Uber Lyft if needed. Definitely recommend.

2.5 stars! Came here for an oil change and inspection with a 10AM appointment. I was told it would take about 2 hours, so I planned my day around that estimate. By 1PM, I still hadn’t received an update and had to call because I had a 2PM appointment. I was then told the technician was at lunch, but they would try to finish by 1:30. I completely understand that workflows change and delays happen in auto shops. My frustration was more with the communication. If the timeline is going to go significantly beyond the original estimate, I would appreciate proactive updates rather than having to call myself during a time crunch. What also rubbed me the wrong way was being told that next time I should mention if I have appointments that day. Since I was already given a 2-hour estimate, I had assumed that was the timeframe to reasonably plan around. The conversation then shifted into explanations about CA lunch-break laws, which felt unnecessarily defensive rather than simply acknowledging the delay. I went to Auto Experts Transmission & Auto Repair because of the great reviews that they were getting online. I knew my transmission needed to be replaced and I wanted to ensure it was done with experts in transmissions. These people are honest and are true to their word. I been to many vehicle repair shops who state that they keep you informed but most never do it. I was very impressed with their communications with me about the status of my vehicle since they constantly kept me updated even when there wasn't an update. Just to say that nothing has changed and they're still waiting for the shipment to arrive. There were issues with the transmission replacement but that was out of their hands because the issues were manufacturer defects. I wasn't surprised since the manufacturer has been getting sued a lot because of the same issue. They were very apologetic even though it wasn't their fault. I actually waited a few months to see how well my car performed before writing a review. This is probably the best my car has ran since purchasing it.
