I took my car in to get my front windshield replaced, which also required calibration. I was given an estimate of 1.5-2 hours for full completion. I have a newer car and I understand has some newer tech that may require more time and attention, but I had to make 2 visits for a total of 7.5 hours waiting. Though I was frustrated with the long delay in getting my car fixed, the front office hosts and the rest of the staff were very friendly, accommodating and patient through out the process. So I remained patient without much complain, just periodically asking for an ETA. Come the 6.5 hour mark, the owner comes out from the back and has the audacity to confront me with a nasty tone about how my car didn't have enough gas. At this point I was bewildered and very irritated with the experience. This is not a person who knows how to run a business and hold customer relations. 100% would not recommend coming here. Sad to see just one bad apple can seriously ruin the experience.

Thank the stars for this place! The “competition” gave me a quote to fix my cracked windshield that was just below my deductible and I’ve been struggling to save up for a while. Was referred to Tigris and was blown away first by the super friendly staff and then by the great price! Appointments or walk-in availability meant I got in the very next day! I will tell all my friends! Thank you for making me safe and legal again !

We came here expecting professional service. Instead, we experienced disorganization, disrespect, and arrogance. My wife drove over an hour to this scheduled appointment, after we paid for childcare for our special-needs children and rearranged our day. After charging our card $220, they informed her THEIR replacement glass was broken. Their proposed solution? Either come back another day or pay an additional $80 for THEIR mistake. When she requested a refund, an employee laughed and told her she wouldn’t find a cheaper place elsewhere. Price means nothing when professionalism is missing. Families deserve respect. Customers deserve accountability. Extremely disappointing.

If I could give this place a NEGATIVE 100, I would! I had a very disappointing experience with this shop and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone based on the quality of work and overall handling of my service and concerns. My brand-new vehicle was brought in for a front windshield replacement and unfortunately, the work was substandard, and installation was poorly done which resulted in noticeable issues. The windshield exhibits visible gaps, openings, rubber molding not flushed properly, bottom cowl not snapped back in correctly, and the windshield sitting too low. Due to the poor installation, my new car now has increased wind and road noise at highway speeds, over bumps and uneven pavements creating a tunnel-like effect inside the cabin. I took the car back to the shop when issues were discovered, but I was unheard, dismissed, gas lighted, and made out to be an irrational customer. Also, scratches were discovered along the pinch weld and side of the windshield frame, the work area. These horizontal scratches are consistent with damage caused by the tool used during removal of the original windshield. This damage has now led to costly repair estimates. On top of that, I was cha

I was initially impressed with the service, but everything changed once I started having issues with a trim piece coming off while driving. After calling the store, I was told they could install replacement parts, so I ordered them and went in. During the visit, I noticed some pieces were not installed correctly. When I brought it up, I was told it “didn’t matter,” which was concerning. I followed their instructions and waited the required time before removing the tape. However, as soon as I got back on the freeway, one side immediately came off. When I tried to remove the other side to avoid losing it, it was already falling off as well. Upon inspecting the work, it was clear they had not removed the old adhesive (from when they glued them in after the replacement of the windshield) or properly cleaned the surface before reinstalling the parts. When I called the store again, the only solution offered was to come back so they could “try again”—after I had already been there three times. Weeks later, I called again hoping for a proper fix, but was told they were not responsible for the plastic pieces, despite the fact that they were altered during the windshield replacement. They al
