If you’re going to get your electric scooter repaired, I 100% recommend to go here! My electric scooter was broken and I took it to 3 other stores and they all said that it would not be able to be fixed, Or they said it would take multiple weeks to fix. But Tim did it in less than five hours! At a reasonable price, he was quick efficient and guided me through the whole process of fixing it. I definitely recommend going here!!!

This man (Tim) is very knowledgeable about electric scooters. I had two scooters I was hoping to fix, but unfortunately one had a battery issue that would cost more than the scooter was worth. He was upfront and honest about it, but managed to save the other scooter. Tim answered his phone quickly when I first called, asking about pricing and explaining the issues with both scooters. When we came to visit, we asked if he wanted to keep the scooter that couldn't be fixed (since we had no use for it) so he could save parts from it. He tried not to charge us for the repair since we let him keep it, but we insisted on paying what he'd originally quoted. He was very kind, and I'd happily do business with him again. Highly recommend.

Tim is an e-scooter repair pro. Swapped my tires to solid ones, replaced several other components, and was great to deal with.

Tim is the real deal. He goes above and beyond to make sure your scooter works. I looked far and wide for someone who could repair my scooter - bike shops won’t do it and many e-bike or e-scooter stores will only fix scooters they sold. Tim knows scooters inside and out and is reliable and communicative. Don’t be dissuaded by the storefront. I’ve been very impressed!

Tim’s Electric Scooter Repair was a truly one-of-a-kind experience. Don’t be put off by the place’s outside appearance, it’s certainly not a conventional workshop, but Tim clearly knows what he’s doing and is certainly trustworthy. The service is appointment-based; he was super responsive and fixed my motor wheel issue after I had unsuccessfully tried a bike shop and a car repair shop. If you have an electric scooter issue, he is the guy —highly recommend.
