In a very professional manner Antonio the owner greeted me and explained what he would be doing to replace my shattered window. I was amazed at the short time it took for him to complete the job and how he thoroughly cleaned the vehicle back to looking new. He had the best price after shopping around various shop's. Had my back window in my Subaru broken into last week. Tip Top Auto glass had me take it over first thing in the morning and it was done by the time I got off work. Jose and his employees did and amazing and efficient job! My back window looks great! Everyone is very friendly! Thank you, Jose, Maria at the desk and also Osa, the very cute shop dog! This is quite simply the very best experience that I have had with any auto body shop or mechanic shop. At Tip Top, you feel like family amongst the warmest of a family dynamic throughout the shop. Maria is an absolute customer service pro in making sure you feel cared for and your needs are understood every step of the way. Carlos was on top of the repair for my Jeep and took his time to make sure that the job was done properly up to their standards which is probably even higher standards than your own. They delivered their promises timely and within the price agreed upon. There were no “surprises” or added costs (at least that were told to me). It truly feels like they will go above and beyond to make you walk away feeling happy about bringing your car there. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I can’t wait to bring them another problem to fix! Jose and staff were so kind. The customer service is everything I could hope for, and also the work and time put in to my auto windshield shows. I replaced my original Bronco glass with a new one and Jose made sure to have it be everything it was before it was cracked. There was a long crack across the windshield, now it’s perfect! Fast easy and HIGHLY recommend. I drove from sb.

Jose is a rare find. Most shops quoted me ridiculous pricing, but Jose was super fare. Solid shop and solid guy. I highly recommend him.
