Always i get a great service, good price, of curse is the time to get the service especially if is a full capacity. And the people speaking in a various lenguage, spanish, english and indi too. Very helpfull people.

Really good customer service service from the manager I believe he was a I came to do alignment and they other guy didn’t wanted to do it because it was almost time to closed the the Indian guy did help me alot and did everything will recommend it thank you 🙏🏼Ghurman

This was my first time at Tire & Wheel Mart. I was quite surprised by the bad reviews here. These guys were fantastic! I have been too many tire shops over the years and this place is one of the best. I brought my car to another tire shop for a nail tire repair and they said it wasn't repairable. Ali, the owner at Tire & Wheel Mart said it was repairable. My tires in the front of my car were gone and needed replacement, the rear tires weren't far behind. Ali was honest and upfront from the get go, because of that I dediced to get a quote on 4 new tires. We talked about different options and I ended up buying 4 new BF Goodrich Advantage Control tires. Including the front end alignment, I was $300 less than ever other tire shop that quoted me. The shop was super busy but they had my car completed in 1.5hrs. If you need tires, or a repair, I highly recommend Tire & Wheel Mart on Whipple road in Hayward. They are friendly and professional and you won't beat their prices.

Extremely disappointed with Tire and Wheel Mart. Bought a brand new tire with a promise of a 6-month warranty, but when it blew out within a month, they refused to honor the warranty. The staff was unhelpful and rude, and the owner's comments were completely unacceptable. Not recommended. Poor customer service and business practices.

5/5 star review. I’ve been here on 5 different occasions for 2 separate cars. This shop is a life saver and does great work. Had a screw in my tire and they were able to patch it fast. They had me in and out in 30 minutes, even on a busy day.
