I had a fantastic experience at this location. I needed a new set of tires for my Tesla lease and the team here made the process completely seamless. Ramon was great to work with and very professional. The best part was the convenience. I was able to just drop the car off within a window range which made my day so much easier. There were no wait times and the service was efficient and high quality. If you are looking for an honest and reliable shop in Tustin, especially for EV tires, this is the place to go.

I changed a new tyre at the store. But I don’t like the service. I was told my new tyre would arrive before 10am next day. I arrived at 9:30am. So I waited at the area almost my whole morning until 11am and then I was told my tyre will arrive around 12:30. I don’t complain the delivery was late and it happens all the time. My complain was that the store manager didn’t try to help me find the delivery time window. So I waited in that area almost my whole morning. When the second guy in charge came in, he apologized the wrong time window and tried to help me find out the estimation delivery time. I really thank him to release me for the other errands of the day. The store manager could have done that when I arrived in the early morning. I wasted my whole morning time there. But when I came back for the Tyre changing, everything is smooth and efficient.

Excellent communication. Excellent service. I was referred to Tire Choice by a friend that had been a customer for years and I was very happy with the overall services on my final suspension repairs. Tire Choice did not exceed the verbal labor quote. In fact, they saved me some time and significant money by honestly letting me know that I did not actually need some of the original factory parts that I personally ordered. Thank you, Ramon, Ramon, Jayden and Jesse for your excellent, professional customer service and kindness.

This place is truly honest. I came in because one of my tires was slowly losing air. I called ahead and was able to get an appointment within 30 minutes, which already impressed me. My tire wasn’t a standard one, so fixing it wasn’t straightforward. I honestly thought I might have to replace it. But Jesse and his team took the time to figure out a way to patch it instead of pushing for a new tire. Because of that, I ended up saving almost $400. You don’t come across places like this often — honest, skilled, and actually looking out for you. I highly recommend them.

I’m always charging my Tesla just outside this Tire Choice Auto Center. On 2 separate occasions, I’ve gone to them when my pressure is low - thankfully, warnings went off while charging. Both times, I pulled up just outside the bay and the service guys were happy to just check my tire pressure. Last week, my pressure was about half what it should’ve been, and the guy pointed out that he could see the sensor wires in my tires, so that was a warning to replace my tires. Fortunately, Tire Choice was able to get the same tires quickly and at a good price. More than anything, it was a huge time-saver. Everybody was super nice and the manager and I had a fun conversation about movies while I waited. Definitely will be back!
