Change tire sensor and balanced all tires was $170. I was expecting a lot more. My vibration at Highway speeds is fixed and so is my tire pressure light. Great service!

I purchased four new tires for my 2010 Toyota Prius. Just two months later, both tires on the driver's side—the front and rear—developed noticeable bubbles. When I brought the vehicle back to the shop, the employee who inspected the tires agreed that they appeared to be defective. However, I was told that the tire manufacturer would need to review and confirm the defect before any action could be taken. After two weeks, I followed up and was told there was still no determination. Over the next six weeks, I continued checking in, only to receive vague explanations and repeated delays. Four months later, I was finally informed that the manufacturer had concluded the damage was my fault. I was left with several unanswered questions. How was this determined to be my fault? Why did no one contact me throughout the process to explain the findings or provide updates? Despite the initial acknowledgment that the tires appeared defective, I was never reimbursed or offered any meaningful resolution. The lack of communication, transparency, and customer service throughout this experience was extremely disappointing. As a result, I would not return to this business, nor would I recommend it to

I came here all the way from Tracy for my car new wheels tires and calipers paint, because they give very nice and best fast service for my car, love this shop and his job neat and clean. Thanks I will come back again for my other car.

Zee and Sam at the Tire Palace came to my rescue last week when I was stranded by en ex that vandalized my car and tried to trap me by placing boots on my car. I was way out of town when this occurred, leaving me in an unsafe situation, and these men showed up during their closing time without any hesitation. They removed the boot and even provided a replacement wheel so I could drive over an hour back home. These are the type of men that make you feel safe and restore your faith in humanity. Super professional, genuine and trustworthy. I couldn’t be more grateful and thankful for them. Highly recommend Tire Palace for any of your car needs!
