Bought the car a couple of weeks ago. Decided to have trans fluid changed to be on safe side. This model has several trans choices and different pans and services needed for each. The original quote was what most come with, a plastic pan that has to be changed as filter cones as part of it. Once the shop got it in the air it was a metal pan. They let me know that it was a different part. Was able to reuse this particular style, unlike the other versions. That saved me money which I told them to go ahead and do oil change with and thorough inspection. They sent me pics and explained every item that was in good shape, things that needed to be done soon, and even things that could wait a lil. I like that kind of shop. Not pushy, informative, and honest. I tried them because they service my son’s BMW too. And his experience has been overwhelmingly positive. He thought he was having trans issues and thinking worst. They found the ebrake cable bracket had become compromised and driveshaft was rubbing cable when in certain accel or deceleration incidents. Took care of him and was honest.

I’ve been coming to this shop for about 3 years and always have a great experience. Each time I’ve worked with Thomas has been nothing short of amazing and easy. They always make sure the work gets done accurately and efficiently and they do not price gauge their customers. As a woman it is hard to find shops who don’t take advantage of over charging you. I ALWAYS feel super comfortable working with Today’s European Cars knowing I’m getting quality service from quality people. I definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here.

Today’s European Cars is a top-tier service center for luxury vehicles. If I could leave 10 stars, then I would! I decided to bring my Mercedes C250 here after having not so great experiences at other shops in the Houston area. I approached with my guard up, but getting to know Thomas as I waited for my car gave me all of the reassurance I needed to trust this shop fully with anything having to do with my car. I sincerely appreciate the personable feel that this shop has to offer. From what I could see, the shop operates as a family while still holding high expectations for quality work. Owning a luxury vehicle can be very pricey when it comes to repairs, but Thomas makes sure to be very transparent about everything with his customers. I really appreciate the team catering to the needs of my car without trying to make as much money off of me as possible. I also had the pleasure of meeting Daniel, the current shop apprentice, who could not be under any better guidance or training than he currently is working with Thomas and his crew.
