I am only giving a two star review because Gabe, who is one of the owners... was nice. But, he is not a person of his word. I have been trying to get the issues resolved since April. The wrap was applied in March and we are now in June. I have been more than understanding and I spoke to him approximately two weeks ago and he said would call me back in a few days with an update at least; he STILL has not done so. At this point, all my calls are going to an automated answering service once again. He agreed to keep me updated because his Brother is looking for a different place of business with air-conditioning. I understand that, but he still did not uphold his agreement once again. I will not update or change this rating until his promises of redoing my entire vehicle wrap is upheld. This has been going on for far too long. In the beginning, he seemed like a very prominent business owner and they did not have a problem with taking my money. But now, they have a problem with upholding their end of the bargain. When we spoke two weeks ago, it was a great conversation with a plan to get this rectified. I have been more than patient and now I feel as though he is just ignoring me. Gabe

I normally don’t leave reviews like this, but people should know what my experience was. I would give negative stars if possible. I hired this shop for a chrome delete / blackout package and the results were honestly shocking. When I got the vehicle back, there was overspray on the paint and windows, uneven finish quality, tape line issues, runs/drips, poorly painted areas, and strong paint/solvent fumes inside the car through the ventilation system. Keep in mind this was only chrome trim and rims. What bothered me most was that the vehicle was presented to me like this as if the work was complete and acceptable. When I pointed out a few issues on the spot with the drips, they tried to tell me that they would "go away after baking in the sun". I knew then that they weren't going to take responsibility for the quality. I ended up taking the vehicle to another professional shop for evaluation because I completely lost confidence in the workmanship. I was told that some of the parts can’t simply be fixed or cleaned up and will actually need to be replaced or fully refinished to correct the damage properly. I can’t say enough about the incredible job Top Tier Wraps did on my Tesla Model S. From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. So pleased with the results. Gabriel did a fantastic job on our 2006 Dodge Ram. He obviously knows what he's doing. My truck is 20 years old and Gabe made it look new again. Excellent finish for a fair price. I will definitely going back to Gabe for more work in the future. Highly recommend Top Tier.

Top Tier Auto Wraps did an incredible job transforming my Ford Raptor. I brought my truck in for a premium vehicle wrap and full blackout package, and the finished result exceeded my expectations. The Raptor looks completely different—aggressive, clean, custom, and extremely well finished. What impressed me most was the attention to detail throughout the wrap installation. The material looks smooth across the larger panels, the body lines are sharp and clean, and the edges and finishing work look professionally done. They also completed a full chrome delete / blackout, taking care of the chrome exterior accents and giving the entire truck a much more cohesive appearance. Nothing looks like an afterthought; the wrap and blackout package work together perfectly. The team was professional and communicated with me throughout the process. You can tell they take pride in their work and understand how important the details are when working on a vehicle like a Ford F-150 Raptor.
