I had a great experience at Toscalito. The team was professional and transparent, and they shared clear videos walking me through what was going on with my car. That made everything easy to understand. They communicated well and the pricing was very reasonable. I really appreciated the honesty and clarity. Highly recommend

They did an awesome job! They got me in within a very short timeframe, my service was reasonably priced ($60 for a patched tire) and the processes was easy. The staff were lovely and I had a short wait time!

Excellent honest caring service . Ursula Racca is an asset to the company. We had hit a pot hole on the way to Cows Hollow San Francisco. Luckily Toscanini tires were walking distance from where we were staying . Appreciated the communication empathy and follow up Ms Racca had for my husband and myself . We understand they have other services besides tires . Highly recommend A Codron

Very satisfied with my oil change services from Toscalito! I set up an appointment the same day for an oil change for my 2012 hybrid Lexus SUV. When I dropped off the car a mechanic had quoted me a certain price. When I picked the car up I was told a different price (which I was then told was their standard oil change pricing). When I mentioned the original quote they ended up honoring the original price. Additionally I was told it would take roughly an hour, and after about an hour and a half I circled back to the shop to check in and it was just getting started. I had to wait another hour until it was finished, but ended up being fine despite the timing delays. They also rotated my tires in the included services. Thank you for honoring the original quote! This felt like a trustworthy auto shop experience after they adjusted the charges.

Had been to Toscalito prior to the visit that warranted this 2star rating, and had a positive experience. However, this time, the below-average service I received deserves this 2 star rating. My primary complaints are of inaccurate timing of servicing and that the service team broke a part of my center console (pictured) when I came in for an oil change. Not sure how this even would have happened. The damage wouldn’t have been such an issue if they had taken initiative to repair the console, or even had the courtesy to let me know prior to my getting in my car to drive away, post-payment. After I asked about how the damage could have happened, I was told that because the console had been previously repaired (this car was purchased used, 6 years ago, and have never had an issue like this before) that Toscalito isn’t responsible. I insisted that this be resolved, but since it was EOD I had to come back on a different day to respect the service teams time. When I did bring back my vehicle, the repair process took 6 hours, when I was quoted 1.5 hours at the time of identifying the damage. When I inquired about the vast difference in timings, I was told that the repair process at this s
