I brought my 240sx block here when it was done I saw a little deep scratch on my cylinder wall and I told him need to fix right and he said it will be okay and I told him it's not good so he never fix it. This place need to be checked correctly cause this shop is crooked. Now my 1991 Nissan 240sx engine is not running anymore cause of the 3rd cylinder Wall the pistons and rings are damage I found gas on lots of gasoline inside my oil pan

Luis has been doing cylinder heads for me for years. A 3-angle valve job is a must for a high performance build and will improve performance of regular engines as well. Always excellent work at a reasonable price from Luis. Turnaround time is accurate; Luis will finish the job on time or sometimes sooner. Latest cylinder heads Luis did for us were two sets of Honda BF250A cylinder heads and a cylinder head for a 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid. Everything came out within factory specifications and all three motors running great. Some reviews saying Luis was rebuilding engines for customers. Not sure who was rebuilding motors at his shop but to my knowledge Luis only will clearance the engine parts for final assembly. Putting it together is up to the customer.

Took my engine in to be rebuilt in January of 2022 and I've had a few problems. The engine had a knock so I took it back to him. He stated he had done everything correct and didn't know what was wrong. It ended up being the camshaft and lifters. He decided to tell me it was my fault the engine failed. And refused to fix the problem.I just took him to small claims his nephew was there and started to argue with me when he had nothing to do with the engine rebuilt contract. I'm waiting on a decision from the judge. Don't do business with this shop as they screw up and refuse to fix their mistakes and blame the customer.

Under new management/ownership and WOW what a difference!!! Thought I'd give them another try after having some small issues prior but, was recently was highly referred by more than one person. Jr was so helpful and friendly. He diagnosed my daughters car within an hour of my arrival and gave me his honest and thorough opinion on whether to fix it or junk it. I appreciated his professionalism and respect as a woman customer who is not so familiar with cars and just gets in and drives LOL Jr could have easily taken advantage of me but instead saved me so much money and headaches that I was anticipating anew mechanic would give me. Definitely returning for any future Repairs. And will refer family and friends. Congrats on the new ownership/business Jr and keep up the great customer service - TWO AMOGOS!
