Had my transmission replaced. Gabriel did a great job with communicating with me and answering my questions. I would not hesitate to bring another vehicle here. Price was great and turnaround time was faster than originally expected.

I can't believe this place, There surpose to be fixing the new transmission that they put in, so when I finally get to pick up my car, I noticed someone or something had hit my car.. I go back to office& she tries to tell me I brought my car in that way.. When in fact I didn't bring my car in they picked it up.I would think that a cash paying customer would get alittle help at least but no they have been very hard to deal with.. I'm very disappointed that this company would stoop this low and not take fault for something that happened on there property. Getting my car repaired has been a total night mare..& Why is there no descent honest people anymore..

Had my 2008 Impala towed to TX Transmission repair on June 30 and picked it up on July 9th. The transmission works great again. Gabriel was my contact from the very beginning and kept me informed throughout the process. Most transmission shops I talked to quoted much higher prices and had a much shorter warranty. The lifetime warranty offered by TX Transmission Repair was an important factor in me choosing them to rebuild my transmission.

Had my 2017 Tahoe repaired here after a torque converter/transmission failure. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Gabe kept me updated and answered all my questions. Final price was exactly what I was quoted with no surprises. They completed a 30-mile test drive before pickup and the Tahoe drives like new. Lifetime warranty was provided in writing. Very satisfied with the experience and would recommend them.

A two to three day total rebuild took over two weeks of my time and Uber costs. Contract stated that all new gaskets and other parts would be new and text messages support this. My mechanic discovered silicone on all of the gaskets. They attempted to cut a cross bar under the front of the transmission instead of removing 4 bolts. Fluid was leaking from the front seals, the back seals and the transmission pan. High temperature silicone was used on my exhaust system because they used all of my old gaskets. I had only driven 1500 miles in town for a six month period. We were going to go to Arkansas in this car, a 2007 Lexus LS460 with 142,000. To be fair they said that they completely rebuilt my transmission after I showed them what my mechanic found. I haven’t had any issues since the rebuild but I will have my mechanic check everything when I change my oil. They wanted me to remove my review but everything stated above is true and that’s what a review is for.
